The filter is accessed via a pop-off cover for quick and easy filter change-outs while a filter change light shows when the filter needs to be replaced. The durable plastic housing of the Holmes HAP242-UC uses Microban protection to guard against the growth of microbes such as bacteria, mold, mildew, etc within the unit.

The Holmes HAP242UC air cleaner purifier features three fan speeds which allows you to personalize the speed, sound, and filtration level to your specific needs.
