The Hydronix 30″ Sediment Filter Cartridge, also known as part number SDC-25-3010 is the economical replacement for the Liquatec SDF-25-3010 30″ Sediment Filter. This 10 micron water filter cartridge is resistant to chemicals and reduces waterborne contaminants like silt, rust, sediment and sand. It is widely used as pre-filtration for reverse osmosis systems and post-filtration for granular activated carbon (GAC) filters. Constructed with 4 separate layers of micron filtration, the outside-in flow of this Hydronix Sediment Depth Filter allows the outer layer to trap larger sized particles, resulting in a lower pressure drop compared to conventional filters.

The graded density of the Hydronix 30″ Sediment Water Filter provides a higher dirt holding capacity over standard spun polypropylene and string wound cartridges. Do not use this sediment filter cartridge with microbiologically unsafe water without adequate disinfection. The operating temperature range for this 10 micron water filter cartridge is 40 degrees to 145 degrees Fahrenheit. This filter is binder free, surfactant free and adhesive free.
