The Hydronix 30″ String Wound Water Filter 20-Pack is the economical replacement for the Liquatec SWF-25-3010 Filter. This 10 micron filter is made from 100% polypropylene fiber cord media and effectively reduces waterborne contaminants like sand, silt, sediment, scale and dirt. Different wound patterns based on different micron ratings will ensure that you get the right filter for your specific application.
Also known as PP Filter or part number SWC-25-3010, the Hydronix String Wound Cartridge can be used with municipal or well water. Do not used this filter with water that is of unknown quality or microbiologically unsafe without proper disinfection. The operating temperature capacity of this string filter ranges from 40 degrees to 165 degrees Fahrenheit (4.4 degrees to 73.9 degrees Celsius).
