Description
This charcoal filter is used on microwave ovens to filter grease and other air contaminants during cooking. This filter contains charcoal for added filtering and is not washable. When the filter becomes clogged, it must be removed and replaced. If the air filter is clogged, smoke and fumes will not be cleaned, and the room will fill with odors during cooking. The charcoal filter catches grease spatters, and if greasy foods are cooked often, the filter will need to be changed more often.
